Concept Groove Refund & Exchange Policy

⚠️ Note: Winter items (Hoodies, Jackets, and Co-ord sets) are non-returnable. Only exchange is available for these products.
1. GENERAL
a. This website with the URL https://groovee.in ("Website/Site") is operated by GDLC Retail Private Limited ("We/Our/Us").
b. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. However, on rare occasions, products may be faulty or deficient. In such cases, we offer return and refund facilities in accordance with this Refund Policy ("Policy").
c. You are advised to read our Terms and Conditions along with this Policy.
d. By using this Website, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not transact on this Website.
e. We offer a 7-day Exchange and 3-day Return policy for eligible products (T&C Applied ).
f. Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase so that you understand your rights and what you can expect from us.
2. DEFINITIONS
- "Business Days" – A day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or bank holiday in India.
- "Customer" – A person who buys goods for personal use and not for resale.
- "Date of Transaction" – The date of purchase of any product/service.
- "Website" – https://groovee.in.
3. REFUND RULES
a. Orders will be serviced as per specifications and timelines. If we are unable to ship/deliver due to unforeseen reasons, such orders stand cancelled and the amount will be refunded.
b. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation can only be requested, anyhow we have 7 Days Free Exchange Policy
c. Returns will not be accepted for:
- Tampered products ( Including Damaged, Burnt, Used etc ) by the customer
- Customer error in placing the order.
d. Refunds (if eligible) will be processed in your wallet.
e. Proof and documents are required for return/refund processing.
f. Refunds are subject to verification by our authorized team.
g. Replacement is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
h. Refunds will be credited to your Groove Wallet.
i. COD orders will also be refunded to your Groove Wallet.
j. Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s warranty process.
k. NOTE: Return fee of Rs 300 would be charged in case of refund to original payment method (T&C Applied)
4. PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
a. Replacement/refund requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
b. We will repair, replace, or refund damaged products after verification.
c. Products must be returned in the same condition as received, with packaging & accessories.
5. PAYMENT DEDUCTED BUT ORDER NOT CONFIRMED
a. If money is deducted but the order isn’t confirmed, please contact your bank. Refunds usually reflect within 7 Business Days.
b. If unresolved, contact us at admin@groovee.in.
6. EXEMPTIONS
Refunds/returns will not apply if:
- The product is a winter sale item.
- The product is not in its original condition.
- The product was misused, tampered, or damaged.
- The issue was known before purchase.
- Free gifts or free services are involved.
- The return window has expired.
7. EXCHANGE/RETURN PROCESS
a. Exchange / Return requests can be made in the page header by under My Account -> Order History .
b. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
c. Attach order details (order number, return address, invoice copy).
d. Customers must ensure proper packaging. We are not liable for damage during return transit.
e. Once verified, we will arrange a pickup through our logistics partner.
f. All accessories/freebies must be included; else their value will be deducted from the refund.
g. Customers will be notified via email/SMS about return status.
8. SHIPPING COST FOR EXCHANGE / RETURNS
a. We offer free exchange first time within 7 days of delivery
b. We offer return within 3 days of delivery, Return Fee of Rs200 would be deducted for that (T&C Applied)
b. For 1st Exchange, this charge will be borne by us. For Second Exchange of same order a Rs200 Exchange fees would be charged. No third exchange allowed for same order
c. If customers ship items themselves, they bear the risk of loss. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
9. PRODUCTS WITH CUSTOMER DATA
Customers must delete personal data from returned items. We are not liable for data loss/misuse.
10. REFUND TIMELINE
a. Refunds are processed within 10 Business Days of quality checks.
b. Delays may occur due to banking/payment partners in case of refund in original payment mode. We are not liable for third-party delays.
11. CANCELLATION OF RETURN REQUEST
Return/refund requests can be cancelled by emailing admin@groovee.in.
12. REFUSAL OF RETURN/REFUND REQUEST
We reserve the right to reject requests not in compliance with this Policy or applicable laws.
